How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you want, choose your size, and click "Add to Cart". Once you're ready to checkout, click on the cart icon and follow these steps:

  1. Review your items and quantities
  2. Enter your shipping information
  3. Select your payment method
  4. Confirm your order

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing. To request changes:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to "My Orders"
  • Click on the order you want to modify
  • Select "Modify Order" or "Cancel Order"

If the option is not available, please contact our customer service immediately.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order directly from your account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Click on the order you want to track
  4. Click "Track Package"

What happens if my package is delayed?

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and keep you updated. In case of significant delays, we offer compensation or refund options.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (swimwear, underwear, etc.).

How do I return an item?

To return an item:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Select the order containing the item
  4. Click "Return Items"
  5. Choose the items you want to return
  6. Print the return label
  7. Package the items securely and attach the label
  8. Drop off at any carrier location

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items within 2-3 business days. After approval, your refund will be processed:

  • Credit card: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 2-3 business days
  • Store credit: Immediate

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Creating an account is easy and free! Click on the "Sign In" icon at the top of the page, then select "Create Account". Fill in your information and you'll be ready to shop. Benefits of having an account include:

I forgot my password, what should I do?

  5. Click "Save Changes"
